Customs Duties & Taxes (DDP)
To provide a seamless shopping experience, all orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means BeniHome covers all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in advance. The price you see at checkout is the final price—you will not face any unexpected charges, taxes, or additional fees upon delivery.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Full refund (including return shipping costs for the faulty item)

Right to Cancel & Return Process
In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Please note the following conditions for non-faulty returns:
• Return Destination: All returns must be sent back to our international fulfillment center. Please contact our support team prior to shipping to receive the precise return address and instructions.
• Return Costs: Return shipping costs for canceled orders are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked international shipping service.
• Duties & Taxes: The customs duties and taxes paid on your behalf to deliver your order are fully covered by us and do not affect your eligible refund amount for the returned goods.
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all original packaging
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods at our facility. The original product price and standard outbound delivery cost will be refunded.
Hygiene & Bedding Notice
For hygiene reasons, our bed linen is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
You may inspect the product upon delivery. However, if bedding has been used, washed, or is not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value. Where items are supplied with a protective hygiene seal, the right to cancel is lost if the seal is broken or removed, unless the item is faulty.
